My name is Michael Owttrim, Owner & Trainer of Real Results Fitness; I’m a Weight Loss and Corrective Exercise Specialist who helps people Lose Weight and Change their Body Shape. From my years of learning and experience, I have developed the Real Results Fitness Program. Monitoring of Program – With Real Results Fitness we ensure we constantly monitor your training and nutritional progress, we want to ensure you are provided with results all the time. I use a weekly monitoring system that will track your nutrition, body fat %, weight loss and more. This will allow me to make any modification to your program straight away allowing for continuous results, whilst keeping you motivated and committed on the path to a new you.

Resistance training – For years and years now so called fitness experts have advised that your standard 10 minute walk/run on a treadmill, bike, cross trainer and other cardio machines can aid with weight loss. The only way to promote fat loss and ensure you get that toned body you have always wanted is with effective resistance training. Our core program is designed around utilizing resistance training techniques. This could mean using body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells and other equipment and machinery, to ensure we shape, tone and tighten those all important muscles and body parts.

Resistance training can also help with posture correction, bone disease and most importantly weight loss! For example – 1lbs of fat takes 4 calories to maintain, but 1lbs of muscle takes 50 calories to maintain.
