All our sessions at RRT are semi-private personal training, meaning you get personal attention at every session. You will be challenged, supported and educated at every session to ensure the best possible results


LIMITED NUMBERS IN EACH SESSION

All sessions at RRT hold a maximum of 6 clients. I wanted to ensure peoples time at RRT is both personal but very very effective. No more waiting for machines to use or if you are doing things right, I am on hand at every session to watch over you :)

The semi-private PT crew are people just like you, who are looking for a challenging and fun environment, where you will be given all the info and help you need to get amazing results.

 

SO WHAT IS SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING?

Semi private personal training is basically small group personal training. You inherent all the support and benefits of personal training, but in a group environment, where you will work with a trainer on a 1 to 5 basis or 1 trainer to every 5 clients.

It has been designed as a result of people looking for that personal training environment, where they get a very detailed training plan and an individual nutritional plan but may not be able to afford one to one personal training.

Semi Private Personal Training is a 12-week program that provides everything you need to get amazing and life changing results.

From my years of trial and error and working in local gym facilities and fitness classes, I came to realise that people were simply not getting the support and guidance they needed to get amazing results.

I found that Gyms simply concentrated on numbers and how many new people that could get in the door. There was no emphasis on the member or their results. You end up just hiring machines, walking around unsure of what to do, and where to go longing for those results.

Whilst fitness classes only concentrate on the exercise part of weight loss. Leaving out critical parts like nutrition and accountability, which are key to any results. There is a lot more to weight loss than simply exercising regularly. Yes exercise is important for your results and weight loss goals, but it is only one area.

In order to achieve life changing results, I believe you need to concentrate and design a training and nutritional plan around 4 areas….. 4 areas which are the foundation of my Semi-Private Personal Training Program.

Training Plan

Our SPPT program is designed around resistance training for weight loss and body transformation. Your program will be explained in great detail with a coach on hand through the duration of the session for help and support. You will get a personal trainer in a group eviroment.


Mindset Blueprint

Your goals and results will be short lived unless you are in the right frame of mind. You need to understand why you have failed before, what those obstacles were that caused you to fail, and why you feel like no matter what you do…... things never seem to work or last.


Nuritional Support

Nutrition is vital if you are serious about losing weight and getting back in shape, not only from a results point of view but also from your health, daily energy, and sleep. We take huge effort in educating people on how to make changes to ensure results happen fast and last.


Account - ability

This is the most important area of any weight loss or body transformation goal, and it's one area that is so overlooked. Unless you're held accountable at every stage, results are going to be very hard to achieve. You need accountability to ensure you are doing things right and getting results

Now please don’t take that as me being arrogant. Changing your body shape takes commitment, drive, accountability and motivation, but there is only some much help we can provide before you have to step up and do the work.

You are an adult..... the reason you are in this shape is because of the choices you have made to date, but we can’t do it for you – you’re going to have to work with us.

We need you to keep an open mind when it comes to nutrition and training, changes will have to be made but if done correctly you can still enjoy the odd bit of junk food or the odd pint.
