I came to Real Results because I had an operation coming up, and I needed to both lose weight, and increase my fitness levels before I went into surgery. From day one Michael was so encouraging that he got me to push myself in ways I had never thought possible before. After our first session Michael tailor made a nutrition plan for me, starting off firstly with a detox plan and then progressing to a weight loss plan. These plans were easy to follow, and if I did have any questions, it was easy to get in touch with Michael to get the answers.
The fitness regime was challenging but enjoyable, steadly increasing weight and intensity work. Having Michael there pushing and encouraging me made doing exercise easier than it has ever been before.
I can honestly say that I am fitter, sleep better, and am lighter than I have been in years. The beauty of having Michael as my personal trainer was that it wasn't a one size fits all plan, each meal and exercise was tailormade and tweaked regularly to suit my needs exactly. I could not recommend Real Results enough.

I decided to look for a personal trainer and Michael’s name was the first to come up so I rang and booked a consultation, the first question he asked me was why I wanted a personal trainer so I taught about it and said I needed him to help me to tone up and get fit and that is exactly what he did.
From my very first session with Michael I was hooked I loved the challenge and seeing my fitness levels improve was amazing.. every week he had a different set of exercises for me and my body shape was changing weekly even my sleep was improved, I was thrilled, I have never finished anything I started so my family were amazed that I was sticking to the training, I had joined the gym and I hated it from the start so i lasted 3 weeks. When I went to Michael I was at my heaviest at 9 st 11 lbs, after 8 weeks I was down to 8 st 10 and more importantly my body fat was down over 5%.
Friends said it was expensive but it was the best investment I have ever made in myself. I was so impressed with Michael’s attitude to pushing me motivating me and helping me understand my body and my diet that I have now joined up with his new fitness plan body 4 life.
I cant wait to get back to a routine and training...... for a woman who hated sweating, weights and hard word my whole attitude has changed thanks to real results fitness. I would recommend it to any woman of any age if I can do it anyone can do it.

I was planning an 8,000 mile motorcycle trip and as part of the preparation I wanted to be in reasonable physical shape. I had been going to the gym and was working hard but still had the mobility of a 59 year old JCB. I found Real Results Fitness on the web and went to meet Michael and told him what I wanted to achieve.
The first and most essential thing is that Michael knows what he is doing in putting your programme together. It was like moving to another zone. I worked hard but I very quickly felt that I was getting a significant return on the energy and time invested. The motivation was in the results. Every exercise was chosen to meet my fitness goal and Michael worked with me until I had the correct technique. It was such a contrast to the unsupervised time spent in the gym where hours of work only provided a basic level of general fitness.
As I said it was not always easy, especially the nutritional aspect of the programme, but the result achieved was very rewarding. I became more flexible and lost almost 10kg. Do not expect miracles, Michael does not do these, but if you are willing and committed to working with him on your programme you will get real results and not as he says himself “excuses”

Since I've been training with Michael and Real Results Fitness, my personal results have genuinely been remarkable. If you had told me I would reduce my overall body fat from 20% to 12% and at the same time put on well over 2 kgs of lean muscle I would have laughed you out the door.
Not only have I got the results, I have learnt that listening to your body in combination with diet is critical Sometimes less is more and I have learnt this through the training with Michael and Real Results Fitness .
